Jess Jackson’s star filly Rachel Alexandra is resting, but Mr. Jackson isn’t. He’s been campaigning a stable in Argentina, and he hit pay dirt Saturday. Diego Mitagstein, editor of Turf Diario, sent this in. Krysia, a 3-year-old daughter of ex-US sire Matty G. out of the Most Welcome mare Krisby, won the Group 1 Gran Premio Enrique Acebal Saturday, Oct. 31, at San Isidro by 12 lengths. The Stonestreet Stables filly was ridden by Eduardo Ortega Pavón. Jorge Mayansky Neer trains Krysia, who beat La Tremoille by 12 lengths, with the Brazilian Taken Away another 11 lengths back in third. Bred by Haras La Providencia, Krysia covered the 2000 meters on turf in 2:06.49.
