Singapore mare Jolie’s Shinju in Australia for campaign
Singapore triple crown winner Jolie’s Shinju arrived in Australia last Saturday without incident and has settled in nicely, according to comments made by assistant trainer Tetsuhito Hirose on the Moonee Valley Racing Club web site.
Hirose said: “The plan at this stage is to run her in the Dato’ Tan Chin Nam and we haven’t decided whether we will give her one more run before the Cox Plate, but at this stage we are going straight to the Cox Plate.”
The Group 2 Dato’ Tan Chin Nam Stakes is scheduled for Sept. 12 at Moonee Valley.
