    A four-and-a-half handride victory, although I couldn’t see if she slowed down towards the end because she was tired or just because no more effort was needed. She must have been 10 lengths clear with a furlong to go.

    Hard to say what that victory was worth, though. French Prix de Diane-fourth Celimene didn’t show anything and was eventually eased while the German filly crop seems to be a sub-par one. As in the Derby, huge longshots finished second and third.

  2. Malcer, thx for the details…i heard it was a front-running route….i thought maybe one of the 3 Monsuns might win it; the runner-up was by Monsun, but the winner is out of a Monsun mare!
